Recent academic focus looks to extend expertise beyond technology start-ups with sport and entertainment industry projects including mixed methods research to determine key performance indicators for NCAA Division I college Athletic directors. Blending Nielsen, census and industry data to accurately segment Seattle sport consumers, Libby produced a product plan for OTT technology solution designed to elevate fans through brand affinity pyramid. Driven to provide actionable strategy to real problems, research includes professional sport franchise ownership as a case study for systemic racism, identifying opportunities to improve internal systems, public relations and profitability through cross-cultural communication. Libby chooses to align with leaders who know, tomorrow’s success is built through today’s strategic collaboration. Opportunity is rarely granted; it is earned. She currently serves as financial director for Cascade Flag Football, the Pacific North West affiliate of the National Gay Flag Football League.
